At Snag, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. If your fit isn't perfect, we are committed to making it right with a seamless and transparent process.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you as soon as your refund or exchange is processed.
